The provision of data for the purposes of paragraph n. 3 (newsletters for promotional purposes, information or research) is optional and the refusal to consent to processing still allows a contractual relationship to take place with Global Advice in order to provide the services referred to in points 1 and 2 above, but means that it will be impossible to receive updates on business initiatives and/or promotional campaigns, receive offers or other promotional material and/or to receive personalized offers. Where such consent is given by selecting the "Subscribe to the Newsletter box", Parma Parmesan will be able send the user advertising or promotional messages, using all the contact details provided, to the extent required by the Code and notwithstanding the user's right at any moment to deny such use, even in relation to only some of the contact details (opt-out).
